Please read this document carefully before using any service on the 16700 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 16700 platform operating under the domain 16700.co, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 16700 platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. The platform does not accept registrations from underage individuals, and any account found to be in violation of this age requirement will be terminated immediately without compensation.
16700 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 16700 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that the account was accessed without authorisation due to a security failure on the platform's part. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 16700 support team immediately.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during your first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is completed.
Key user responsibilities include:

Payment Policy, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no automatic currency conversion is performed. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the bank account or digital wallet used is denominated in Malaysian Ringgit.
Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, and online bank transfers via financial institutions registered in Malaysia. Deposits are typically credited within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 16700 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified account in the same name as the account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account is prohibited and will result in the account being suspended for investigation. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the chosen method, and the latest limit details can be found in your account settings.
The platform reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of platform usage policies. In such cases, 16700 reserves the right to freeze funds in the relevant account while an investigation is carried out.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users are prohibited from using the 16700 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to hack the platform's systems, using automation software or bots to manipulate games, distributing unlawful content, or using the platform as a channel for fraudulent activity.
16700 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game or bet. All entertainment activities on this platform carry financial risk, and results are subject to probability factors that cannot be guaranteed. Users are solely responsible for their decision to participate in any activity on the platform and fully accept all associated risks.
16700 and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including financial loss, data loss, or service disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Strictly prohibited actions include:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
- Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate platform promotions
- Impersonating another individual or providing false information
Account Suspension, Closure, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
16700 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, suspicious account activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and a final determination by the platform.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time through the customer support channel. Account closure upon user request will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled and there are no outstanding issues relating to the account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16700 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the property of 16700 or parties that have licensed it to the platform. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 16700 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
